Helping people better understand themselves and move forward with confidence.

I believe meaningful change begins with understanding. Before deciding what needs to change, it's important to take the time to make sense of what's happening. Whether I'm working with children, adults, or parents, my goal is to help people develop a clearer understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns shaping their lives so they can move forward with greater confidence and intention.

My Approach

I don't believe every problem should be met with an immediate solution. At the same time, I don't think insight alone is enough.

The most meaningful work happens when we first develop a clear understanding of what's happening and then use that understanding to make thoughtful, intentional changes.

My role is to help people make sense of complex situations, identify the patterns that matter, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Approach

I don't believe every problem should be met with an immediate solution. At the same time, I don't think insight alone is enough.

Meaningful change begins with understanding. Before deciding what needs to change, I take the time to understand what's happening and the patterns contributing to the current challenge.

Together, we'll use that understanding to make thoughtful, practical changes that fit your goals, your strengths, and your life.
